Seeking Responsible Roommate

Hello, this is for a roommate only for one bedroom. I am a 60 year old professional female looking for the same to rent a second bedroom in my home in Farmers Branch. Minimum lease is 6 months unless you are a traveling nurse then I would accept a 3 month lease. This room will be available on September 20 , 2024 it is partially furnished with a day bed ,armoir, desk and mini fridge. There is a large deck and fire pit area and a very large yard. I do have a small dog but would not be able to except any other pets at this time. Currently I am working from home but may be going back to the office soon. Looking for someone dependable , respectful, honest, reliable and that would keep the place clean. Rent is 750.00 + a 300.00 deposit and verifiable references are required. Internet , gas and water are included . However you would be responsible for ½ of the electric which right now for the next year is on a 100.00 a month plan + taxes. Full use of all common areas living room , kitchen etc is included. Would love someone close to my age or a student would be awesome also. Bedroom is 11 x 11 with a shared bathroom.
