I have two rooms available for rent now in my modern townhome in the upscale area of Farmers Branch called Mercer Crossing.

550 sq ft master suite on 3rd floor by itself with walk in closet, dual sink bathroom, fireplace and huge balcony that is the entire length of the room which is 20x20.

10x15 ft bedroom with walk in closet. Shared hallway bathroom.

Rent includes access to fitness center, clubhouse, 3 pools, and other amenities you usually get with an apartment complex. House has all brand new SS appliances, KEURIG and Nespresso machines, plus all new furniture including 4K 65” TV. House is set up with a $3k Ring security system and located in a very safe area. Also we have a water softener system for the entire house so the water is filtered to .001 microns, super clean.

No pets, no smoking or drugs on property, no parties, room is for one person only.

Rent does not include bills. You must have stable income and make 3x the rent (before taxes) to qualify. There will be a $42 background and credit check fee as a part of the application process if you are selected to apply. One year lease required.
