I have 3 rooms available for rent now in my modern townhome in the upscale area of Farmers Branch called Mercer Crossing.

Two 10x15 ft bedroom with shared hallway bath right outside ($950). 16x16 master suite with en-suite double sink bathroom and walk in closet ($1100). Can be fully furnished with a queen/king bed and mattress, desk and chair or unfurnished. We have a monthly maid cleaning which is included in the bills.

Rent includes access to fitness center, clubhouse, 3 pools, and other amenities you usually get with an apartment complex. House has high end stainless steel appliances, KEURIG and Nespresso machines, plus all new furniture including 4K 65” TV. House is set up with a $3k Ring security system and located in a very safe area. Also we have a water softener system for the entire house so the water is filtered to .001 microns, super clean.

No pets, no smoking or drugs on property, no parties, the room is for one person only.

Rent does not include bills. You must have stable income and make minimum $60k annual salary to qualify. There will be a $45 background and credit check fee as a part of the application process if you are selected to apply.
