As title says, I'm looking for a single female roommate only. Cozy 2 room apartment centrally located by 75 & 635. Small apartment community with great security control. All bills and services paid. I’m very easy to get along, soft spoken and tend to be a happy person who enjoys life. Looking for a roommate who shares the same qualities mentioned but also who does not carry a strong attitude, considered a party girl and does not attract drama. I would like to continue to enjoy my peace in my own home. There are two options for rent. Smaller room is for $550/month and the bigger room is set for $650/month.
