Roommate wanted- Mid Century Mod SE Dallas home

Nicely renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath, mid-century mod home on oversized lot in Southeast Dallas (near Jim Miller and Scyene).

Current roommate set up is one older artist male (renting primary bedroom which is on other side of house) and 2 twin 26 year old sisters (we are all friends and 2 of us are connected via residential real estate).

One cat in primary bedroom (he can stay in there and be happy).
2 small long haired dachshunds live with one of the sisters.

The sisters may be moving out and if so we are looking for 2 new roommates (there are 3 bedrooms on the other side of the house, all with wood floors and they share a nicely renovated bathroom with shower).

For now we are looking for one female roommate to take the largest bedroom - see attached photo. Opportunity for a 2nd person to move in if sisters decide to move out.

We are all chill and not home often.
