Lease Transfer in Downtown Dallas, TX

Hi all,

I am looking for someone to take over my apartment lease, which runs until April 30, 2027.

Here are the leasing details:

• Location: Downtown Dallas, TX
• Availability: Now
• Pet Policy: Dogs and cats are welcome, but a security deposit, and monthly fee is required.
•Renters Insurance required
• Tenant pays electric, it must be started on the day of move in
•Trash, sanitation, and amenities fees are added to the monthly rent (usually cost around $40)
•This lease transfer process is similar to a "Roommate Amendment." An application, background check, and lease amendment form will need to be submitted. After approved, you'll be added to the lease, and I will be removed, leaving you as the lessee for the remainder of the lease term. :)

You will more than likely be approved, as this process allows more leniency. Also, your rent for the month will be prorated based on your move in date.
