This is a study with a ceiling fan and built in shelving, but it does not have doors. A privacy divider is provided. All appliances are included with washer, dryer, a covered parking space, all utilities and internet for $685/mth. I have two very friendly cats in the home. I, myself, am a self-employed professional, yet I am very social outside my home. The bathroom space and living room space will be shared, but I usually have several days I’m not there. So, you will have the place to your self at times. Lastly, per management a background check will at least be required which is around $75. A $200 refundable deposit will be due to me at the time of approval. A 30-day notice is required so that I may rent out the space in enough time after your departure.

*I am not a neat freak at all, but my last two roommates have been very clean and helpful. I occasionally hire a professional cleaner to come in for a basic clean about every 2 months. I've had amazing luck with my last two roommates and hope to keep the trend going. I tend to gravitate to more extroverted individuals but do well with introverts also.*
