About Us

We're a friendly, easy-going household that values honesty, respect, and peaceful cohabitation. We’re also an open-minded, queer, polyamorous, sex-positive, kink-friendly, and very extroverted home.

We want to be upfront:
We’re a lived-in house — craft projects, art supplies, and day-to-day life sometimes create clutter in certain areas.
We keep things clean overall, and we do tidy up regularly. If you’re cool with an active, creative household with the occasional project taking up space, you’ll fit right in.

Rent: $750/month

Deposit: $750

Lease: 6-month / 12-month / or flexible month-to-month

Bedroom Size: ~200 sqft total space (10x10 room + closet)

Pets: one cat or dog would be bad but we would want to make sure the cats get along.
