Hi, I’m Erica (34)! I own and live in the home and work full-time as a cardiac ICU nurse in Plano. I’m social but also appreciate downtime—think wine nights, Netflix binges, concerts/live music, barre workouts, and traveling.

I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and believe in open communication. I’m often with my boyfriend, so you’ll get plenty of space to yourself too.
