Nice Room in a Laid Back House

Making ends meet by renting out an upstairs room. You'd be the only renter. I've had good success with 2 previous renters. There's an upstairs bathroom that is private most of the time, except when my son comes home from college on holidays, but he's pretty neat for a guy. There's also a guest bathroom downstairs. I cook almost every day, but can make time and space if you need to cook also. I give shelf space in the fridge, freezer and pantry to keep our food separate. There's currently a bed in there with a protective cover, but I can put it in the garage if you have your own. There's a backyard covered patio with a tv. I have a washer and dryer. There's room for a little storage in the garage and a big deep freezer in the garage if you like to stock up on food like I do.

Absolutely no smokers. I got duped before, so I have to emphasize that. Must have your own transportation on not rely on me.
