Application fee is $50 for required background check. Move-in deposit is one month's rent. A $500 pet fee per pet is required at start of lease. All tenants must split a renter's insurance policy for required liability minimum.
Utilities are in landlord's name and split evenly between tenants, due at the end of the usage month to landlord. Washer and dryer available on property. Wifi cost can be shared with current Tennant or another wired connection can be added separately.
Current Tennant has a livingroom tv, chairs and coffee table, no couch. Other furniture can be added and used in common areas.
