Hey everyone, I'm helping my mom find the right person that is interested in renting an extra room in her apartment. She just moved in 3 months ago so it's newly renovated. 

She prefers to rent the room out to a woman. She is Hispanic is bilingual but prefers a Spanish speaking person. Has to have a stable income,  be a responsible, clean, respectful woman that appreciates a quiet and comfortable home. Need someone who will respect the space and help maintain a peaceful living environment. My mom has a good sense of humor, nice,  independent, considerate, gives people their privacy, and is looking for someone with those same qualities. NO SMOKERS, DRUG USERS OR  DRAMA PLEASE!
