I’m a Gen X entrepreneur and technology professional who works primarily from home. I’m peaceful, creative, spiritually grounded, and take tremendous pride in my home. I enjoy good conversation and humor, but also value privacy and personal space. Cleanliness and mutual respect are important here.

The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, full kitchen access, washer/dryer, furnished common areas, and plenty of room to relax.

The community is one of the biggest advantages: **9-hole golf course, two pools, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, two lakes, walking/meditation areas, and excellent biking.**

We’re minutes from **Addison Restaurant Row, Village on the Parkway/AMC, Galleria Dallas, Vitruvian Park, gyms, shopping, and major highways.**
