Hey I’m Mike! I’m looking to rent out 1 room in my house totaling to 3 roommates including myself. You will share a bathroom with 1 other roommate.

Common areas are already furnished (dining area, living room). Very quiet neighborhood and centrally located in Carrollton, close to PGB & Old Denton. There's an open office space available for $150/mo (great for a work-from-home setup) and a garage space available for $50/mo. Street parking is available for free as well.

I am in/out of the house throughout the week but work from home most of the time. I like to keep the house clean/organized at all times and would ask that you do the same, especially the common areas! Overall the house very quiet throughout the day/night.
