We are a family of three (husband, wife, and daughter) looking for a female roommate between the ages of 30 and 40 who is responsible, respectful, and has stable employment.

We are seeking someone who enjoys a peaceful, family-oriented environment and is looking for a comfortable place to call home. We value a clean, drama-free household and are looking for a roommate who shares similar values.

Requirements:

Rent is $800 per month.

We are planning to relocate to the Conroe, TX area within the next few months and would love to find a roommate who is interested in moving with us and continuing the living arrangement long-term.
