Private, well-appointed room with Temperpedic mattresse on queen sized bed, light blocking curtains, individual room AC unit for total control of your preferred temperature and full bathroom shared by only guest tenants.
Access to kitchen, dining room, laundry room, 2 living rooms with 75 and 60” tvs, office with printer and supplies, fitness area, front porch, dedicated fullsize refrigerator downstairs and kitchenette stay with microwave, pantry shelf storage, and office sized fridge upstairs for guests. 2 outdoor eating areas, free driveway and curb parking, front yard with dining set and hammock. Utilities and wifi are included.

The house is the largest one in the subdivision, with many shared areas where you can relax without feeling cramped. All guests understand that unless there is an emergency, knocking on another guests door is not allowed. In this way you will have maximum privacy inside your room, and if out in the common areas, it means you are willing to engage with others.

Background check is required, and we allow safe, clean, respectful guests only in order that everyone has a great experience while here. We honor quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am.

There is a German Shepherd dog onsite, and a Russian Blue cat. We do not allow other animals onsite.

Police station is within 3 miles and fire station.5 miles away, safe neighborhood with wide streets where families jog, bike, or walk their dogs. City park is 1.5 miles away.
