Common areas are shared, you will have your own full bathroom. Utilities will be shared and split.

We are super easy to get along with, open, and fun, the house stays quiet for the most part but we do like to host dinners occasionally, and tend to keep to ourselves.

We do have a spare queen bed that can be rented as well.
