Private one bedroom and shared bath

Very quiet, private and clean. Strict house rules…..basically respect others, clean up after yourself in common areas and keep your personal space clean. You must work and/or go to school full-time equivalent.

Furnished room w/shared bath. $600 per month

Includes a private room, shared bath, use of deck, limited use of kitchen and laundry room.

Initial requirement: 6 month contract. You can extend the contract or go month-to-month. In all cases a 30-day written notice to vacate must be provided.

Laundry including supplies (laundry detergent, softener, etc.)
High speed internet (no cable and no satellite)

A percentage of the electricity will be charged monthly. No other utilities will be charged.

Owner (male) is retired and home most days/evenings.
1st Tenant (male) is in school and works night shift.

No smoking
No parties
No overnight guests
Must be gay friendly.
