I bought this house recently so I could visit my 96 year old mother who has her own apartment up on "the hill" in New Braunfels, TX. So alot of the time I will live in Seattle, WA where my main house is. I have 2 sisters & my mom in New Braunfels & tons of cousins there in Austin. And some friends.

I don't care which room I get...as long as I have a place to lay my head & hang out while visiting.
There is a metal shed in the HUGE back yard where we can keep some recreation items: kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, my scooter, etc. ...and we can all figure out what else can go in there.

Lots of room on the large front & back decks to hang out. Sun & Shade. Sweet tea anyone?

The house itself "has been meticulously cared for". It is on a regular road & the road is quite wide with plenty of off street parking. This is NOT a mobile home park. I own the 0.39 acre of land & the house. The back yard is Super Duper big & goes back very far. It backs up to a green buffer before the next luxury home development is.

The house is spacious with TWO Living Rooms. The 2nd Living Room can be used as a guest room.

HUGE Kitchen with Kitchen Island & Tons of Cabinets. Plenty of them so we can each have our own cabinets, in addition to the shared cabinets with pots & pans.

I will be buying a washer & dryer.

A/C is 5 years old. House has been inspected by a licensed professional home inspector who says everything works great & house looks like it is only 7 years old! Cool right?!?
