En suite with walk in closet, access to all HOA amenities, 24hr Gym, 2 pools, extensive walking trails, and fishing pond. Close to shopping center. Newer Hill Country neighborhood 281 x hwy 46, very quiet and lots of street parking. My dad is active and goes to an adult activity center daily. We are conservative and patriotic, my dad is an Army Veteran. He is very TIDY and requires a tidy person as well.
The house has an alarm system and cameras in common areas for his safety. I live close by and visit almost daily to check on him. I also have a space I use in his loft and the garage is occupied with his stuff and my car. There is lots of street parking, house also has very nice RO water and whole house water softener, access to washer and dryer as well. Utilities are included but we just ask to be careful with resources as he is on a budget. We try not to waste water or electricity. My dad was a Realtor and I work in Hospitality and Empowerment Training, we are hoping to find someone who is clean and quiet. No drugs, no drama, no parties.
