En suite with walk in closet, access to all HOA amenities, 24hr Gym, 2 pools, extensive walking trails, and fishing pond. Close to shopping center. Newer Hill Country neighborhood 281 x hwy 46, very quiet and lots of street parking. We prefer a female house mate for my dad who is 85. Sorry, he will not be comfortable with a male. He is hearing impaired but otherwise active and fun to talk to. He goes to an activity center M-F, has a caregiver who comes to help him in evening with dinner.
The rent is lower because we would like to find someone who can interact with him 5-10 hrs a week. He does not drive, so if you do, we will pay for any rides. He likes to go to catholic church on Sunday and to the movies, he likes to tinker on projects and have a beer or glass of wine. He is up early and goes to bed early. He is active and goes to an adult activity center daily. We are conservative and patriotic, my dad is an Army Veteran. He is very TIDY and requires a tidy person as well.
The house has an alarm system and cameras in common areas for his safety. I live close by and visit almost daily to check on him. I also have a space I use in his loft and the garage is maxed out with his stuff and my cars. There is lots of street parking, house also has very nice RO water and whole house water softener, access to washer and dryer as well. Utilities are included but we just ask to be careful with resources as he is on a budget. We try not to waste water or electricity. My dad was a Realtor and I work in Hospitality and Empowerment Training, we are hoping to find someone who becomes our friend and is treated like family.
