Roommate wanted.

You will be the first roommate. I have lived here for 7 years. It’s a very safe neighborhood. That’s one of the reasons I have stayed. I was married when we moved in. We were leasing until deciding where to build, eventually. But that didn’t work out. I have been living here on my own for almost four years now. I was planning to move into an apartment, but for now I haven’t found anything with as much room that didn’t cost a lot more. I’ve seen some really cute rent shares, but I’ve decided to try this first. I am open to most any age. I prefer someone 30 plus if possible. I am in my 50’s very easy going. I just need to lower my bills. The house isn’t huge, but you would have your own privacy. My bedroom is on one side. And there’s two bedrooms and a full bath on the other side. The front bedroom has a bedroom suite in it. You are welcome to bring your own if wanted. The other bedroom that is separated by the full bath was used as my husbands office when he worked from home. At the moment I am using for storage. Most being office supplies and clothes. But it will be cleaned out. It could be used for an office or a large walk in closet. Because the guest bedrooms closets are more on the smaller side. Not walk in.
