Utilities are a flat $200/mo for 1/3rd and includes: high speed internet and TV, Prime Video, Netflix, YoutubeTV, Hulu, Paramount + and many more.

Full access to the 1st floor kitchen and use of den (owner never uses den and only uses kitchen).

The bedroom comes furnished with a queen bed, nightstands, a 55” smart TV and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom comes with a corner desk, 2 chairs, table and 65” smart TV.

The townhome's 1st floor is comprised of a living room, dining table, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Garage space is not offered but street parking is free in front of the unit.

No one uses the 1st floor den and the owner remains on the 2nd floor in his primary suite. The home has a toy poodle and cat. I will consider your pet on a case-by-case basis. Pet deposit required.
