I have one room for rent in Plano at Coit and 15th near the hospital. If you know someone needing a quiet place to live, don’t hesitate to reach out. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Living room is not really used.

Here are some clarifying facts about this house and who would be a perfect fit:

- must not have pets but must be dog-friendly and tolerate a parrot. All pets are separate from the roommates’ area, but there will be occasional barking. The bird is pretty quiet.
- must not ever for any reason use drugs
- cannot be a smoker at all
- must be quiet from 10pm- 8am and respectful the rest of the time
- we don’t allow socializing here. The rooms are too close. We enjoy our friends outside the home and never have an issue.
- we’re a couple of older chicks (early 50’s and mid 60’s and we like our peace

That said, here’s some of the good stuff:
- if you need to study or are an introvert, have we got the place for you
- if you like a safe, quiet neighborhood with a peaceful back yard, this could be a great spot for you
- if you’re not a party animal or a night owl, this may be a match
- if like walking around the neighborhood where it’s pretty peaceful, we might work
- if you don’t ever want to worry about anyone bothering your food, belongings or valuables, this could be a fit
