One bedroom (15' x 15') with shared bathroom available furnished or unfurnished (queen bed, dresser, night stand, television) ready for move-in immediately.

Our house is located within a 10 minute drive of the UTD campus, with rapid, easy access to the PGBT, the DNT, 635, and 75/NCX. The neighborhood is quiet, established, and we have wonderful neighbors!

The Parker Road DART station is easily accessible - our address is within the GoLink service apron for easy, rapid transportation directly to the Red Line and Orange Line at the Parker Road station, as well as to the Cityline/Bush Station, where the new Silver Line runs, in addition to the Red and Orange. The 234 Plano DART route stop s within a minute or two's walk, as well.

The house is large, well-appointed, with spacious common living area, outdoor patio/lounge with fenced-in back yard - the outdoor stereo sound system has Bluetooth connectivity and control. Shared living area has a beautiful 75" OLED television, streaming services, and a huge local Plex server with sci-fi, comedy, thriller and horror movie classics.... For international viewing, there is a fully functional 10' C/Ku-band satellite dish in the backyard that pulls in channels like Zee TV, 3ABN, CCTV 4, Jordan TV, and more - over 20 different satellites across the arc (from 87W to 130W!) in addition to Spectrum broadband and wireless access all over the property.

The bathroom is shared with the occupants of the other tenant bedroom, and the kitchen is shared-access with a second refrigerator/freezer in the garage in addition to the main kitchen. The washer and dryer are electric, and available for use any time.

Parking is ample and spacious, with the rear driveway (accessible via the back alley) having enough space to park 3 vehicles side by side with room to spare, as well as the front crescent driveway that fits two vehicles.

The other tenant bedroom is occupied by a married couple, one is a US Army veteran with 10 years of service and two tours of duty overseas (OEF Afghanistan and MFO Egypt) and the other is a graphic artist and photographer that works from home - if you're a photography fan, or want to learn more about it, this is a spot for you.

The other resident is in the master suite, a retired advertising and sales executive that enjoys good conversation, a nice cigar on the patio, and good music.

This is a drug-free home, and while you are free to do as you wish elsewhere, we ask that you not use any drugs including marijuana (or THC vape devices) on the property.

** Note: smoking tobacco or using vapor devices (nicotine only) is restricted to outside - there is no smoking inside the house! **

Any faith is welcome, any culture, any origin. For your safety and that of the other tenants, we do insist on doing a quick criminal background check (for felony convictions only) and we would like to talk to at least one reference (like previous roommate, family or friend) but that's all.
