I have a 4 bdrm house in a quiet nice neighborhood 2000sq ft one level, I have 2 rooms Id like to rent out they have a large adjoining bathroom in which Ive just remodeled the shower and with lots of storage. I have high speed internet / cable / Wi-Fi. Nice back yard area with Pool and patio which creates a pleasant micro climate not to mention privacy a lot of times the area is 10 deg warmer than the surrounding areas making very nice even on what may be a cool sunny day. I have a large pit smoker / BBQ also. There is on street
parking or back drive way . Bottom line looking for drama free easy going people who enjoy a harmonious atmosphere Ideal situation is friends looking together and don't mind sharing the bathroom it is a large hall bathroom with access from the hall and both bedrooms
