Looking for 2 roomates, price will be adjusted based on how many roomates I find. Located in a quiet neighborhood by coit and preston. Has a decent sized yard where my garden lives. Move in is between now and May 1. Currently have two roommates that are moving out with one already gone and ready for move in. Both bedrooms are roughly the same size. Enough room for a Full Size bed along with nightstands on each side and shelves. See photos About the house: It’s in a very quiet nice are in Plano next to Coit and West Park Blvd. Good area that’s in the center of most places, Frisco, Colony, Lewisville, Irving, Galleria is all about 18-30 depending on traffic. Lots of bus stops and 10 minutes from UTD so college students welcome. Looking to rent the two upstairs bedrooms for $800 plus utilities. Lot’s of food in a short drive

We’re a bf/gf (29m/26f) that generally keep to ourselves but occasionally go out to dinner and have game nights, movie night, bowling nights among others. We prefer to keep our roommates roughly the same age range. We’re both the traditional nerds, anime, video games, and have occasional BBQ’s (I Love to smoke meats) etc We’re both clean people and clean after ourselves, and hope you are too and respect each others spaces.
