Hello, Ad #102374088... Two Large Private rooms available! One with private Sink and Cabinets & Shared Bathroom and the other standard but large!

BOTH have their own air conditioning units with remotes, desk, preprogrammed 55/65 inch TV ( free streaming services), bedroom door lock and keys, and access to the home with 2nd key for the front door lock.

I'm negotiable on pricing. One is available in May and the other available in June 2026!!

Room: Door includes lock for privacy, walk in closet, computer desk, dresser, queen bed, Roku programmed TV and streaming channels, and free 1 TB FIBER internet.

Why am I renting? I have a Large Luxury home in Murphy renting rooms to help with my mortgage since my husband's death. Easy access to  going North or South to Plano/ Richardson,  Frisco/Irving and Downtown Dallas Located in coveted Murphy, TX.  My home is 5 min from Richardson,  15 min from UTD, 18 minutes to McKinney, etc.

All utilities paid (until over $250 then tenants split) & I PAY ALL Internet/WiFi cable for the house.  Game room,  media room,  and gourmet kitchen.  Tenants have their own fridge/ freezer, microwave, convection oven, keurig, and use of washer and dryer.  2 covered patios as well with grills and peaceful amenities. 

I do have dogs but they are trained and mostly downstairs or in my room, or outside. Community pool with water slides and hot tub and walking trails as we're next to a reserve.
