This rooms for rent are as follows (master brdm is rented) and the bathroom is in the hall between rooms and shared with a connection to room 4.
Rm 1 15x14 sq ft at $1050 per month
Rm 2 13x9 sq ft at $750 per month
Rm 3 11x11 sq ft at $750 per month
Rm 4 11x10 sq ft at $700 per month

Rent upon move is 1 month rent plus deposit.

Each room has a closet in the room and rooms 2 & 3 have a window. Room 4 has two doors but no window with one door leading to the bathroom and one to the main living room.

This is a house we flipped and were selling but converting into co-living. Home is completely redone and is large 2600+ sq feet. It is empty now but we are completely furnishing all common areas (kitchen and both living areas and patio).

We can furnish bedroom(s) if needed with multiple options for furniture, bed sizing, etc. All rooms, if needed will have 1-2 nightstands, queen bed for at least 2 rooms and dresser. If this is needed, add +50 to room rent per month. We have pictures of the furniture that will be going into home and the room furnishings. The link for that we can provide on our google drive for room furnishing options and common area furnishings we plan to place in the home so please ask.

Application is required but is easy and fast. There is a fee paid directly to background agency. Lease will be 12 months or longer pending need.
