Private Room for Rent – McKinney, TX

We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate to rent a private bedroom and bathroom in our beautiful 5-year-old home in McKinney, Texas. The home features three bedrooms, a dedicated office, a dining room, and a spacious shared kitchen with modern appliances.

The bedroom and bathroom are located next to each other, giving you your own private area of the house. The room is partially furnished (please note that it does not include a bed). Utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included, and there’s plenty of driveway and street parking available.

We have two very well-trained, friendly dogs that have their own area of the home. The house is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a great fit for a working professional or graduate student looking for a comfortable place to call home.

We’re looking for someone who is financially responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to get along with. No smoking or drugs.
