Room with private bathroom

Hi, I am renting out a room in my home on a monthly basis. It is still my home and I live there without my child, my mother and a dog.

If you are interested however you will be section off from the rest of the house. You will be provided a garage key, entering through the garage will allow you privacy as you will hardly ever see us.

You will have access to the laundry room as apart of your sectioned off quarters, but it will be shared with the rest of us. You are welcome to use the kitchen but if you would like purchase a portable cooktop to cook in your room you can.

All that being said, I am open to conversation about our living arrangements.
