Hi! I have a private bedroom available in my apartment. It’s a private bedroom with your own shower and closet in a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit. The apartment is shared with just one other person (myself).

Cleanliness & Home Environment: Shared spaces are kept tidy (kitchen, living room, trash). No smoking/vaping. No substance use. No Heavy Drinkers. Guests are okay occasionally with communication. Room is for one person only.

About me: I’m a 35-year-old male, i work 8-5 in tech field, very recently relocated here. I enjoy the gym, outdoors, live music, movies, travel (5+ countries), and mixology former bartender fun fact. Extroverted but down-to-earth — I value good communication and respect in a roommate. Overall i’m easy to get along with and respectful back and generally a pretty fun person. I have lived with both male and female roomates in past haven’t had any major issues. Clean background, was required to do both background and credit check upon applying for the current apartment.
