Hi All, I have a room available August 1st as my current roomate she will be moving out at the end of July. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. The apartment is shared with just one person (myself) It would be ideal for 6 months but also agreeable to a Short Term Rental until near end of September is acceptable as well okay! roughly 2 months. Cleanliness: shared spaces kept tidy (kitchen, living room, trash). Food should be sealed/stored to avoid pests. No smoking inside the home. No substance use or excessive heavy drinking.

PREFERRED ROOMMATE Looking for someone responsible and considerate with a steady full time job and ability to contribute to a clean, respectful living environment. Contribute to minor weekly cleaning rotating sweep, mop common area, trash takeout.

Location: Apartment is located near Henneman Way and Alma Rd, right off State Highway 121 S.

About me: I’m 35 year old male, i work 8-5 in tech field, very recently relocated here. I enjoy the gym, outdoors, live music, movies, travel (5+ countries) and mixology as a former bartender. Extroverted, i do value good communication and respect in a roomate. Overall i’m easy to get along with and respect back and generally a pretty fun person. I have lived with both male, and female roomates in the past haven’t had any major issues. Clean background, was required to do both background and credit check upon applying for current apartment.
