Hi there I’m Chloe :) I rent out the extra bedrooms in my inclusive, cozy and house plant filled home to other women who need a place to call their own! Currently we’re a household of women in our 20’s, each a professional and/or student. There are 4 roommates in total when all rooms are full and right now 2 of us gals have a cutie cat and we’d love to have another cat parent or animal lover in the home. The Room- $950 Rent includes all utilities and street parking. Would start off month to month to see how we vibe and then can extend lease from there. The room is large with tall ceilings, is unfurnished with carpet and huge windows, spacious closet with door and ceiling fan with remote. You would share a bathroom with one other roommate across the hall. The rest of the home’s common living areas will be shared space used by all.

The Home- Single story home in North McKinney neighborhood of Trinity Falls. Total of 4 bed, 2 bath, featuring an open layout with large living area and kitchen. Spacious backyard to lay out and get some sunshine and covered back patio with couches to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or tea.

The Community- Trinity Falls is a newer community in McKinney north of 380 west of 75. Safe neighborhood with pretty hiking trails, fishing ponds, pickleball and basketball courts.
