Private room/shared bath-all utils included

Hi,
I have a private room available immediately in a 5br/3.5 baths two story house for a professional/student m@le who doesn’t work from home and is 20-45 years old. Pets free. The bed in the picture is NOT included.
The available room is on the second floor. A bathroom will be shared with other two male roommates (who are out of the house most of the time).

We're two professional brothers who live in the house and another two m@le tenant. The house is very quiet where you think no one is living there. All tenants are out for most of the day.

We're very friendly, respectful, easy going, and non-smoking. We don't have pets.
The house is brand new 2020, very quiet, clean, and located in a nice beautiful neighborhood.
It's 5 mins away from 75 and 7-10 mins from 75 and 380 intersection and all the needed stores (Walmart, Target, Costco ....etc) and restaurants. 10 minutes from Collin College.

Common areas (kitchen, patio, living room, laundry ...etc) can be used as you wish!
Filtered water, toilet paper, cleaners, and hand soap will be provided.

THE PRICE INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES AND WIFI.
There is a $300 refundable deposit that has to be paid before moving in.
MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE MOVE IN!
