Downstairs: The bedroom is HUGE: 20 ft by 19 ft: fireplace in bedroom; 2-9 ft solid wood doors enter the bedroom; 9 ft couch; 12 ft ceiling; 9 by 9 window; 12 ft hanging racks for cloths with decorative divider; ceiling fan; Existing roommate is to be out by end of SEpt. 25, 2026. I need: (1) proof of employment for past 3 months; (2) a PR contact number to verify employement; (3) a copy of your drivers license or ID card as Identity verification. and (2) contact number and persons name to call to verify your paying prior rent for at least 3 months prior to now. (3) proof of income; and past proof of being in good standing with paying rent to last living place.

There are 2 refrigerators (meaning 2 people share one refrigerator). Utilities, wifi, and netflix are included in the rent.

The available bedroom has 2 bathrooms: one is for toilet, sink, shaving, and your toilet items in the cabinets; and the other bathroom is the master bathroom; that is shared with one person for shower/tub only.
One small 17 lb dog lives here; and she is in my bedroom 97% of each day.
