Downstairs: The bedroom is HUGE: 20 ft by 19 ft: fireplace in bedroom; 2-9 ft solid wood doors enter the bedroom; 9 ft couch; 12 ft ceiling; 9 by 9 window; 12 ft hanging racks for cloths with decorative divider; ceiling fan; available now; just let exising roommate know and he claims he will move out as soon as I find a new roommate. He and his girlfriend had a baby and yesterday; they decided to live together.
There are 2 refrigerators (meaning 2 people share one refrigerator). Utilities, wife, and netflix are included in the rent.

The available bedroom has a 2 bathrooms: one is for toilet, sink, shaving, and your toilet items in the cabinets; and the other bathroom is the master bathroom; that is shared for shower/tub only.
One small 17 lb dog that is in my bedroom 97% of each day.
