Looking for a clean and hygienic tenant to stay here in the west side of 75 in Plano.

Safe neighborhood. Quiet. Peaceful.

We wash dishes as we used them. It keeps the bugs out.

$45 background check fee. No one with criminal records live here.

We also keep it quiet between 12am-8am every night.

This is a VERY large room. 25 ft x 15 ft. It has a private entrance from the street.

Pets that do not shed are aloud.

We keep to ourselves.

It comes partially furnished with a 70inch flat screen TV. Drawers. Mini fridge. Microwave. And a small couch.

Bring your own bed and your own dishes. You’ll probably want your own trash can too.

There is a shared kitchen and shared bathroom.

The house has a patio and has three other tenants.

Room is $900 and monthly utilities which never get above $90.

Also comes with Internet.

House cleaner comes every month on the first Friday of the month to clean the bathroom and the kitchen.

They can also clean your room for an additional $50 a month.
