Looking for a single roommate (no couples) for my 3000 sq ft, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 story home with a pool. We are 2 females (48 & 75 years old) and 1 male (44 years old) as well as a friendly house cat. We frown on wild parties, over night guests, extended day guests, smoking, drugs, drinking, etc. Honesty is a must, cleanliness is a plus! Bedroom (15’ x 12’) with walk in closet is furnished with a Queen size bed, dresser, TV and night stand. Bedroom is upstairs. Freshly painted and new light gray carpet. You will share a bathroom with male roommate. There is a jogging trail, basketball & tennis courts less than 1 block away. Nice quiet neighborhood. Utilities (water, trash pick up, gas, electric, lawn service, DVR/HD satellite, & High Speed internet) is included. Deposit is $950.00. No pets please. LOCAL INQUIRES ONLY. Thank you.
