Furnished bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet. We’re looking for someone to rent a spare bedroom in our home.
You’d be sharing this house with three other male adults. We prefer another male. Must be clean, organized, work a stable job, be easy to get along with, gay friendly, and willing to share some of the minor household chores like taking out the trash.
Will be expected to keep bedroom clean, we had a situation in prior home where a roommate was leaving rotting food and trash in his room which caused ants to take over, we want to avoid that situation again.
We have two miniature poodles and two bull terriers, they’re all super friendly and love attention. You’ll have your own section in the pantry and in the fridge.
