Have a Great Room for Rent

Hello, We Have a room for rent. My husband and I have two kids ages 5 & 6 and we are looking for someone that is nice, respectful and drama free. Ready to move Immediately. The room is empty so you can decorate it however they please or we can provide a twin bed if need. Comes with all utilities and Wi-Fi also your own refrigerator to keep your food separate. I currently work at Walmart and do online college classes. The room is right across from the bathroom.
Also includes a washer and dryer. Let me know if you are interested. We stay a 3-minute Walk from Wal-Mart and a lot of other stores. We stay in a nice and quiet neighborhood right off I-75 in Anna Texas. Rent is $600 per month with a $100 deposit. Includes all utilities and we require a month notice, whenever you decide to relocate, that's all we ask.
The second room we Have is A master bedroom with a walk in closet and its own Bathroom with a big tub and a rain down shower.
