A new Target development is coming to Liberty Hill near Costco, making the area even more convenient for shopping and errands!

🏠 THE HOME

The house is fully furnished, so you can move in without having to worry about furnishing an entire place. If you have your own furniture or would prefer to bring some of your things, I’m happy to adjust the space to accommodate you.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. I have my own bedroom, and another bedroom is currently set up as my home office.

✨ The available bedroom comes with your own private full guest bathroom! You would not have to share a bathroom with me.

The kitchen, living room, and other common areas would be shared.

🐾 THE ANIMALS

This is definitely an animal-friendly home! I have:

🐱 2 indoor cats
🐱 2 outdoor kittens
🐔 Chickens
🦆 Ducks

The chickens and ducks have their own backyard space, and the kittens are outdoor cats. My dogs and 2 of the cats are part of the household, so being comfortable around animals is a must.

I’m a home health nurse, so I have a busy work schedule and spend a good amount of time out seeing patients. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing.

I want the house to feel like a comfortable home, not just a place where people happen to live. I'm looking for someone who communicates well, respects shared spaces, and is considerate of each other's schedules and privacy.

If you're looking for a comfortable, furnished place in a quieter town while still being within reasonable driving distance of Austin, this could be a great fit!
