My husband and I are looking to rent out our extra rooms, two bedrooms with a bathroom between them, nice neighborhood, quiet neighbors, we have a garage, attic, shared kitchen, living room, and nice size yard. We have two small dogs and two cats, you can bring your dog so long as it gets along with ours. Your rooms are on the other side of the house from ours, so lots of privacy. Close to TAMU and easy access to get anywhere in college station. We have a queen bed in one of the rooms and a dresser if needed.
