Hello!
My roommate and I are looking for 2 new roommates to take over a new lease cycle with us starting at the end of July.

We are in new townhomes off Copperfield Drive in College Station.
The place is a 4bd 4.5bath, all bedrooms upstairs, being spacious and with personal bathrooms. This makes the downstairs kitchen and living room quite spacious too. There is laundry and half bathroom downstairs as well!
Large garage here, and lots of storage space in closets around the house.
All that would really need furnishing is the bedroom(s), and whatever you’d need in the kitchen.

My roommate and I will be here for one more year (August 2026-‘27), him attending graduate school at TAMU and I working full time with the possibility of graduate school.
I do have my dog here who is a medium size mixed breed, she is a little skittish with new people but she adjusts quickly.
