I’m looking to sublease my room (bedroom A) at The Barracks Townhomes. It’s a 4x4 house with a grass backyard. Available for immediate or May move in and the lease ends July 21st, 2025.

*The lease is available for extension that begins July 22nd, 2025-July 21st, 2026*

-Open to females only

-Rent is $600 plus utilities which range from $70-$90 a month. If you continue the lease I’m not sure if the rent will be increased

-I will cover the sublet fee of $300 and pay $100 of rent every month until July!

-Must be open to dogs as we have 2 dogs living in the house that are so sweet!

-The room is UNFURNISHED with the living room being furnished. If you would like to purchase the furniture in the room you can. It is a Full bed and 6 drawer dresser!
