Roommate Rather Than Just Renting A Room

I moved here from California over a year ago, and it’s been tough making friends while dealing with grief and depression over the last six months. I’d love to meet someone from the LGBTQ community, but that’s not a requirement. I have cats, so if you’re allergic, it won’t work out. I live in a three-bedroom home; one of the rooms used to be my office, but since I no longer work from home, I’m considering renting it out. The spare room has an adjustable queen-size bed and a mounted TV, with utilities and Wi-Fi included. You’ll have full access to the house—my bathroom is in my room, and the second bathroom would be for the roommate and any guests (though I never have guests). I’m pretty laid-back; I used to be into PS5, clubs, bars, and parties before depression hit, but I’m working on getting back to that. The photos of the house were taken in February 2026.
