Bedroom Available

I have two rooms available in my home on the northeast side of San Antonio, where Windcrest and Converse come together. The location is convenient, about 20 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from the airport and Randolph Air Force Base, with easy access to I-35 especially if you’re heading north. Both are furnished but can been emptied if needed. Tenant(s) would share the main bathroom. The common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen) are furnished and available for use. The house has a washer and dryer, basic kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi, and a driveway with room to park off the street if you would like.

I’m laid-back, do traveling for work and personal reasons fairly regularly, and overall keep a quiet home. I do have a dog who mostly stays in my room. This is a good fit for someone looking for a living situation in a quiet neighborhood with the essentials already taken care of.
