Hello! My name is Hazel, but you can call me Haze. I'm currently looking for a roommate to share my 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1300 sq ft home with my two adorable but hyperactive dogs.

I'm a responsible, respectful, and clean individual with a good sense of humor. I love music and enjoy drinking wine while watching a good movie. I'm looking for a roommate who shares similar qualities. It's important that you're a non-smoker and can handle my crazy dogs. They may initially seem aggressive (they're just scared), but they'll warm up to you once they get to know you, and then they won't leave you alone. I'm around most of the time, so if they make you uncomfortable, let me know. If you're a veterinarian and can handle this, I look forward to meeting you... just saying.

It's crucial that you're a reliable and responsible individual who believes in paying rent on time. I've never been late with my rent, and I'd like a roommate who feels the same. Your bedroom will measure approximately 12x13, and you'll have access to a full bathroom, two closets, and a storage area within the bathroom. The backyard is spacious, and there's a garage that I currently use. Unfortunately, there's not enough room for another car, but my daughter, who lives out of state, uses it for storage until she finds her own place.

The rent includes utilities such as electricity, garbage/sewer, and Wi-Fi. You'll have full access to the kitchen, living area, and backyard, but please do not have overnight guests. We will have a 12-month rental agreement. Please note that I will be checking references before finalizing any agreement to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for both of us.
