I have two very private rooms available for rent in our almost brand new BR home. Rent includes utilities and community pool access. It may or may not be furnished, depending on your preference. Bathroom is shared with other tenant. Shared kitchen, inhome laundry, and living area. Location is near Lackland AFB, Amazon warehouse, and commercial centers. We are in a new masterplan community and quiet neighborhood.

ABOUT US:
We are a quiet, pleasant Filipino couple who mostly stay at the far corner of the home. WIfe works from home, husband paints. There are months that our parents would stay with us when they are in the country.

ABOUT YOU:
It is very important that you are trustworthy and neat. When you start sharing our home, we hope we can be good roommates and friends.
