This is an owner-occupied home, not a crowded rental house.

There are two bedrooms available for rent, and I live here as well. Once both rooms are rented, there will be just three adult residents in the house.

You don’t have to be best friends with your roommates, but being considerate, communicating openly, and cleaning up after yourself go a long way!
