Hi ๐Ÿ˜Š I have a 3 bed 2 bath home with 1 bed and 1 bath available for rent. I am former Military & Nursing; I am now retired. I enjoy a quiet smoke free and drug free & alcohol free home (smoking is fine but outside, i smoke outside myself). I have pets!!! So if you have a dog I will require a pet deposit and proof of updated vaccines & fixed and the dog must be friendly. I will also approved a caged reptile. The kitchen, living room and outside yard is shared. I have 1 additional parking spot in driveway for your vehicle. I have no storage avail for you. The garage is for my vehicle, lawn tools & water softening system. I am a reptile breeder as hobby & they are caged in a locked room that is off limits.
The home has a security system(cameras inside & out) and a washer and dryer (we can figure out a schedule for it). I would prefer if you have your own furniture and refrigerator, there is a queen bed in room & I'd consider getting you a fridge that belongs to me. This is a quiet party free home & I expect only 1 person renting for overnight. References & background check will be required. I will give preference to Military & Traveling Nurses. This is a clean bug free brandnew home in an HOA.
I have zero tolerance for loud messy disrespectful people... I expect nice & respectful
