I originally set this house up for Airbnb but decided I'd rather rent the rooms long term. The house is currently **completely empty**, so the roommate gender hasn't been set until a room is rented out. Everything is new and I'm mainly looking for clean, respectful people who want a comfortable place to live.

📍 Far West San Antonio near Marbach & 1604. Close to Lackland AFB, hospitals, shopping, restaurants and major highways.

🏡 Master — $950/mo
Private bathroom, huge walk-in closet, **sole garage parking**, backyard priority and a little more say on shared-house decisions. Furnished is +$150/mo. Furniture can be two Twin XL beds or combined into a king setup with bedding included.

🛏 Medium — $775/mo
Good-sized room, large closet and enough space for a desk/work area. Furnished +$100/mo with the same Twin XL or king setup option.

🛏 Bedroom — $675/mo**
Smaller but comfortable and the best option if you'd rather save some money. Furnished +$100/mo with the same bed options.

Everyone has access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry and backyard. I'm pretty chill, I mainly care that everyone respects the house, cleans up behind themselves and can live around other adults without drama.

Traveling nurses, military, veterans, contractors, professionals, students, couples or anyone looking for a solid long-term place are welcome.

Rent can be paid through my online payment site, so we don't have to meet up every month just to exchange money. **Cash is accepted too.**
