You’d have your own private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, plus access to a shared utility/laundry space. Rent is $700/month with a $650 deposit, plus half of utilities and Wi-Fi.

About me: I’m friendly, easy-going, like to cook and watch movies. I enjoy a peaceful home environment—happy to connect, but I also value personal space and a low-key, drama-free vibe.

A couple important notes:
• Must love dogs 🐾 I have two wonderful pups who are part of the family
• No additional pets, as my older dog needs a calm, stable environment
