Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to share my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment. Move-in would be ideal by the start of July. Rent + bills come out to around $700/month total.

The apartment includes:
• Shared kitchen and living room (fully furnished)
• Balcony/patio
• Community gym
• Pool
• Dog park & common areas
• Pet friendly

The room available is a large private bedroom with a closet and your own private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

A little about me: I’m a 20-year-old female, pretty open, friendly, and easygoing. I’d love to find someone who’s not just a roommate but also someone I can genuinely get along with and be friends with. I’m a student and I work at Chilis too!
